Being able to operate the Staff Hud and Staff Vendor... at least on a basic level ;)
Knowing how to give/follow the commonly used whip signals for carting and directing a pony.
General knowledge of what MC/MH are and how to operate them to ensure you do not screw ponies over as staff and dont get a panic attack about suddenly getting harsh restrictions as pony.
